A: Strong Hold sells our products through a nationwide network of distribution partners. Simply fill out a form on our site or add a product to your quote request and we will get you the information you need to make a purchase decision promptly.

A: Strong Hold is available for ordering through most national industrial supply or material handling distribution channels. Please contact us to locate a dealer or distribution partner in your area.

A: All of our products are constructed in Louisville, KY (40214) by skilled craftspeople.

A: ABSOLUTELY. Strong Hold is uniquely setup to manufacturer custom solutions to meet your needs. We do keep our most popular items in stock: Quick Ship items.

A: Yes, custom colors are available and we can match most combinations using the RAL system. Provide an RAL number with your request for additional information. Special colors may require a small upcharge. We also offer special coating options like LineX®, custom vinyl wraps, and other requests.

A: Almost every item can be made in stainless steel.

A: Yes. While we have a large number of stocked SKUs on hand we are also capable of producing large quantity orders.

A: Our lead time fluctuates based on the workload on our factory. For stocked items (which we call Quick Ships), we offer a 3 day or less lead time based on quantities ordered. Items often ship the same day they are finished – in most cases shipping early.

A: Yes, however, if you don’t have one we will recommend a carrier. Please indicate on PO with your distribution partner or request a carrier through your Strong Hold service rep.

A: Upon arrival of your product please inspect for freight damage before signing for delivery. If damage is evident please note the damage on the delivery paperwork and notify your dealer of the issues.

A: It’s simple. Purchase a Strong Hold product and it comes with a 99 Year Limited Warranty. Should your cabinet, shop table, shop desk, workbench, or tool cart ever fail due to a defect from materials or original construction Strong Hold will repair or replace your product free of charge. A: Unfortunately, no. Drawer rails need to be built into the cabinet. For a list of our accessories, click here. To build a custom cabinet with drawers please contact us.

A: Strong Hold products are designed with the harshest environments in mind. Our engineering team designs products to literally last forever. Products are physically load tested to verify the Uniform Distributed Load (UDL) capacity.

A: Yes, all of our products carry a Prop65 label.
